Clergy - past and present

We have been served by a number of priests since the parish was created in 1959. We give thanks to God for their ministry and hard work. In addition, we recall with gratitude the huge contribution to the life of the Church locally made by the Sisters of Mercy (who founded and for many years ran St. Philip Howard School) and the St. John of God priests and brothers who have cared for so many with special needs. Our first parish priest

Our first Parish Priest

Fr. Livie Onyebuchi, the present parish priest, was appointed to St. Peter’s in September 2017. He is a member of the Missionary Society of St. Paul. Prior to his appointment, he served in the parish as the Catholic Chaplain of University of Hertfordshire and as Assistant Parish Priest. Before that, he served as the Rector of Christ the King Major Seminary, and St. Albert Institute, Both in Kafanchan, Nigeria
